Chris Murray is a Senior Business Operations Analystat Panorama Global, where he performs data analysis and helps lead process improvement internally and in cooperation with Panorama's partners.

Chris joins the Panorama team from the United States Postal Service, where he worked as an Operations Analyst in mail processing for the Kentucky-West Virginia District. Chris led numerous large-scale, data-driven projects during his time with USPS, including pinpointing a processing issue with Amazon postage-due parcels and developing a solution which directly resulted in $7 million in recuperated funds for USPS and an estimated $12 million annually year-over-year. Trained in Lean Six Sigma, Chris also acted as Election Mail Coordinator for Central Kentucky during the 2020 election when expanded mail-in-voting due to COVID-19 saw an unprecedented volume of ballots in the mail stream.

A graduate of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, Chris enjoys incorporating home-grown produce while experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, playing the saxophone, and hiking around the Daniel Boone National Forest with his wife and daughter.
