Janelle Utheim is the Accounting Manager at Panorama Global, where they provide accounting support to programs and partners across the organization.

They have nearly 20 years of experience working in both nonprofit and for-profit finance, with a strong focus on improving systems and making processes more efficient. Before joining Panorama, Janelle worked at the Hearing, Speech & Deaf Center in Seattle, where they helped streamline billing across multiple departments.

Outside of work, Janelle enjoys photography, video games, comic books, and being part of the New Orleans community.
