Katie Gough is a People Operations Associate working alongside the People & Culture team.  In this role, she provides technical and administrative expertise to the organization by being responsible for administering HR systems, processes and relevant projects.

Before coming to Panorama, Katie worked as an HR professional in various industries – most recently in the hospitality industry.  Katie is glad to be back in the non-profit world.  

Katie received her Bachelors in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Wichita State University and her MBA from Baker University.

She and her husband own a coffee roastery/café/bakery in Wichita, Kansas.  In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons, experiencing new restaurants and attending concerts.
