K. R. Prabha (Prabha) has 25 years of international executive and advisory experience developing transformative growth strategies, formulating digital journeys, and redesigning business models. Prabha brings an international view, engineering mindset, and empathetic design when solving healthcare challenges having lived and worked in the U.S., Canada, and India. Prabha regularly partners with boards of directors and C-suite executives to design and execute transformative strategies. She helps organizations identify best practices to adopt from other industries based on her experiences in technology, strategy, and operations. Prabha is known for building high-performing teams committed to a common vision. Prabha is a published thought leader on healthcare challenges and has spoken extensively at industry conferences in the U.S. and internationally.

Prabha spearheads the business performance agenda including consumerism, digital investments, sustaining operations, and product commercialization at Optum Advisory. Previously, Prabha led enterprise transformation at Henry Ford Health System where she served as the Vice President of Transformation and Integration Excellence. Her focus was transforming healthcare to become more affordable and convenient. Prior to Henry Ford Health, Prabha was a consulting leader with Deloitte, Strategy& PwC, and Huron and has worked with over twenty U.S. healthcare organizations.

Prabha has traveled extensively in 35+ states in the US and 35+ countries internationally meeting people from diverse cultures and backgrounds and listening to their stories over shared meals. Prabha’s work in healthcare strategy is informed by these perspectives of global health inequities when developing sustainable solutions to reduce fragmentation and friction to improve peoples’ lives and health.

Prabha serves on the Board of Washington Global Health Alliance in Seattle, a convenor of global health focused organizations and agendas, and is a Trustee on the Board and Chair of the Strategy Committee for the Seattle Repertory Theatre.

Prabha holds a Master of Engineering in Civil (Structural) degree from Carleton University, Canada, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil degree from the University of Pune, India. Prabha completed “Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption” at INSEAD.
