Sara McFadden is the Senior Talent Manager for Panorama Group. In this role, Sara supports each Panorama member to enhance the employee experience, developing strategies that further organizational culture and talent growth & development.

Sara comes to Panorama after a lengthy public sector HR career with a focus on Talent, Organizational & Leadership Development, Performance Management & Coaching and in Curriculum Design and consultation.

Sara holds her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration/HR Management, SHRM-SCP & SPHR certifications and enjoys spending time with her partner, daughter and their two cute (and ridiculously spoiled) pups.
